Decoder Ring
Confusing messages, emails, letters, and notices, explained in plain language. Every decode is written privately by Apple's AI, on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or Apple's Private Cloud Compute, and never by any other service. Educational use only, never advice on what to do.
ViewRSS pipeline
Self-hosted service that turns any website, YouTube channel, or subreddit into an RSS feed. Docker-based, no third party in the middle.

One dark-mode console for five scheduled AI agents: schedules, run history, cost, and a single human approval gate before anything publishes.

A Python audit that counts the new patients a dental office loses to missed calls, and what they are worth. Shown here on sample data.

One Markdown file, one command, eight social networks. A CLI and Claude Code skill that dry-runs every post before it sends. Open source.

A private stack on a Proxmox host: 21 apps in 32 Docker containers under one domain, zero open ports, and a repo a second operator could rebuild from.

The custom WordPress theme behind this site. Plain PHP and CSS, no page builder, automatic dark mode, and Markdown-to-draft publishing.
Viewjev-router
A Claude Code hook that sends easy messages to a cheaper model and keeps hard ones on the strong one. About three cents per thousand messages.
